Before booking your reservation, please take a moment to review our Reservation Policy and House Rules.
Reservation Policy:
- Room rates include a full breakfast, unlimited use of our business center, a complimentary evening beverage and access to the after-hours refreshment center. A state sales tax of 8.6% will be added to your bill.
- Advance reservations are required. A credit card deposit equal to one night's lodging will hold your room until arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash or personal checks
for lodging.
- Your deposit will be refunded if we receive notice of a cancellation at least 7 days prior to your anticipated arrival.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 4 pm until 6 pm or by special arrangement.
- Checkout time is 11 am.
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 am until 9:00 am daily.
- In accordance with Washington State law, smoking is permitted in the designated section of the rear garden only.
- We have bicycles and helmets available at no charge for the enjoyment
of our guests. A waiver of liability will be required.
- Each room has a two person maximum occupancy. Children of at least 14 years of age are welcome.
- We have four pets in residence and cannot accommodate additional animals; however, we will gladly make our furbabies available for walks, playtime and cuddling if you are experiencing pet withdrawal symptoms.
